Welcome to U Talk
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the U Talk mobile application and all related services, including short videos, live streaming, go live, PK battles, guest screen, virtual gifts, games, and audio live sessions (collectively, the “Services”).
By downloading, accessing, or using U Talk, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the app. By using U Talk, you confirm that You are legally eligible to agree to these Terms; and The information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Account Registration
You must register an account using your mobile number, email, or social media login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. U Talk is not responsible for any activity or loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account. You agree not to impersonate anyone or use another person’s account without permission.
3. Use of the Services
You agree to use U Talk only for lawful and entertainment purposes.
You must not:
Upload or share content that is illegal, abusive, pornographic, violent, or hateful
Engage in harassment, bullying, or defamation
Post or stream copyrighted material without permission
Promote gambling, drugs, or adult content
Use bots, scripts, or other automated tools
Attempt to hack, damage, or interfere with the app’s operations
U Talk reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. By posting on U Talk, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your content within the platform for operational and promotional purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
5. Live Streaming and PK Battles
When you go live, participate in PKbattles, or invite guests:
You are responsible for your live interactions and the behavior of your guests.
Any abusive, offensive, or inappropriate activity may result in a ban or account termination.
U Talk may monitor or record live sessions for security and compliance purposes.
6. Virtual Gifts and Coins
Users may purchase coins or virtual gifts through authorized payment methods.
All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable. except where required by law.
Gifts and coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions may result in account suspension.
7. Games and Rewards
In-app games and events are for entertainment only. U Talk does not guarantee winnings or specific rewards. Any misuse, cheating, or exploitation of game features may lead to penalties or bans.
8. Privacy and Data
Your use of U Talk is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please review it carefully before using the app.
9. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, designs,n code, and content on U Talk (except user-generated content) are the property of U Talk and are protected by copyright and trademark laws You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of our app or brand.
10. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
We detect fraudulent or harmful activity
We receive valid complaints or legal notices about your behavior
In serious cases, U Talk may delete your account and all related data permanently.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
U Talk is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that Content will always be accurate or available. Use of the app is at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, U Talk is not responsible for:
Any loss of data, revenue, or reputation
Any damage from user interactions, content, or misuse of the app
Any issues caused by third-party services connected to the platform
13. Modifications to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted in the app or on our website.
Your continued use of U Talk after updates means you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
